This listing is for 4 nights in our holiday home, Monday 9th July till 13th July 2018 2018 Luxury Prestige grade 3 bedroom Swift Loire 6 berth static caravan for rent on Havens 5 star flagship Devon Cliffs Holiday Park. Our modern, open plan static caravan is a “home from home” with modern spacious interior featuring ‘Bahia’ soft furnishings scheme and provides everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It has 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedded rooms and a double pull out sofa bed in the lounge and benefits from having double glazing & gas central heating throughout making the perfect all year round accommodation. It has a good size well equipped open plan kitchen/diner with glass fronted oven, 4 burner gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, a full size integrated fridge freezer and a freestanding dining table with L shaped seating and two stools. Excellent storage throughout, family shower room with thermostatic shower, toilet and wash basin & there is also an additional bathroom with another toilet and handbasin, so no one gets caught short. A spacious master bedroom has generous wardrobe space with drawers, bedside shelving with usb sockets, overbed storage & a vanity area with mirror & the two twin bedrooms have wardrobes a bedside table with usb socket so the kids can charge their devices & over bed storage. At the front there is a large open lounge area with plush new seating, soft carpet under feet, electric glow flame fire, coffee table and 40" led TV with built in DVD player as well as a Playstation with a selection of games & outside there is a patio area with table & chairs.Also benefits from having ample parking space at front of caravan & outside patio area. Rental price includes gas and electric and pillows and quilts. You will need to provide linen and towels etc or if you prefer you can hire these from haven for a small charge. Rental price DOES NOT include entertainment passes, which can be purchased separately through reception. We are typically 40% cheaper than booking through Haven. (August for 1 week in same caravan is typically £1800+) Enquire now - massive savings compared to Haven's prices - available to book for 3, 4 or 7 nights.
